Please check your order carefully before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products or services sold through Serola Biomechanics. Please contact us before returning a product.
All returns should be sent to the address below in a prepaid, insured and trackable method such as FedEx or UPS.

Non-refundable items or services
Any items or services purchased from Serola Biomechanics cannot be returned or refunded unless Serola Biomechanics states otherwise in writing. This policy applies to, among other things:
- Serola Sacroiliac Belt
- Gel Arc Elbow Brace
- Strap Extension
- Inflatable pool blocks
Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
The only exceptions to our No Refund policy include:
- Defective or damaged items: For defective or damaged items, please report it within 5 days of receiving the item. In such cases, a replacement may be provided at the discretion of Serola Biomechanics.
- To report defective products, contact Serola Biomechanics on +31 (0) 548 659 071 or europe@serola.eu. At this point, a Return Authorization (RA) number will be assigned and a return label for the defective product will be emailed.
- Wrong item sent: If you receive an item other than the one you ordered, please notify our customer service within 5 days for a possible refund or exchange.
- In cases where an exchange for a different size of the same current product of equal value is required, please contact Serola Biomechanics on +31 (0) 548 659 071 or europe@serola.eu to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Exchanges without a return authorization number will not be accepted. The product must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags and in its original packaging to be eligible for exchange and will be inspected by Serola Biomechanics upon receipt. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
- Products in special sizes cannot be exchanged.
- Incorrect quantities or delivery in addition to damaged items: Contact Serola Biomechanics on +31 (0) 548 659 071 or europe@serola.eu to report the incorrect delivery. A shipment to correct the order will be sent via FedEx within two business days.
- You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RA) number and return label, and you will include it with the shipment to correct the order for items received in error. The incorrectly delivered items must be returned to Serola Biomechanics within seven working days to avoid invoicing.
- A return label will only be issued if Serola Biomechanics is responsible for incorrect quantities or shipping errors. If retailers, wholesalers, and/or distributors are responsible for an incorrect order quantity or shipping error, customers are responsible for obtaining their return label and shipping costs.
- Incomplete service: If a purchased service is not provided in full or does not meet the predefined criteria as specified, a partial or full refund may be considered.
- Product recalls: In any case that requires the recall of a Serola Biomechanics product or packaging, Serola Biomechanics will coordinate the immediate cessation of sales and distribution of the recalled product. If necessary, Serola Biomechanics will coordinate the recovery of the relevant Serola Biomechanics products from the purchasers at the expense of Serola Biomechanics.
- Legal requirements: In accordance with applicable laws, any other conditions or circumstances in which we are legally required to offer a refund will be considered.
